Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.


Shipping Times

After processing, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on high order volume, customs delays, or carrier issues outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking information. Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after your package has shipped.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.
(If you ship internationally, let me know and I’ll update this.)


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed past 14 business days after shipping, please reach out to us at Hankandcompany2024@gmail.com and we will assist you.

If a package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen packages but will do our best to help you locate them.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrectly provided address, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
